Indeed, i was speaking of the general loved station as a seed for bootstrapping my playlist.
But really, perhaps an even better seed would be a default 'everything in inventory' playlist.
I am not surprised about the lack of tags for non-free stuff. It seems like there is a project to be had with that, ala' (or extending) cddb.
I figured out that the rhythmbox implementation was not under your direct control, it also has some significantly annoying bugs that i will probably have to dig into myself.
i usually skip rhythmbox and go straight to installing VLS, but i wanted to give it a go this time. I am glad i did, it works well enuf for my needs, but now i have more needs. :-)

I want to talk to my fellow bandmembers about getting out tracks on it, but i have to be sure that they dont have any conflicting ideas about licensing (ie: "Our music is worth BEELLIONS!"). I really doubt they would have a problem, but it's a question that needs asking.
