Hello.
For this kind of issue we would need a bit of information and context.
This error happens usually when you and your recipient doesn't
have compatible codecs to set up the call.
Are you calling someone having a sip.linphone.org account, using the Linphone app, and the recipient also using a sip.linphone.org account, and the Linphone app ?
We would need logs for further analysis.

I noticed today that I cannot call out with the phone. I get a message, 'incompatible media parameters'. Is there something I need to do to make this go away?
