Found them! Thanks. In the User Manual no less!
Sorry to be random. I hit the first link on the homepage, "9.0.1",
and saw
Index of /gnu/mit-scheme/stable.pkg/9.0.1
Name Last modified Size ...
Parent Directory -
changelog.txt 09-Mar-2010 23:33 4.8M

mit-scheme-9.0.1-doc-html.tar.gz.sig 09-Mar-2010 23:33 72
and clicked away as usual. I eventually got back to the homepage and
tried the next link, to the release notes. Poking around in the
tarball itself (changelog.txt, src/README.txt) was no help either.
Now I am down in the Download section and the installation
instructions are... hard to miss. :-}
Can I punt the link/table in the "Release status..." section? And
put the liarc build instructions in the User Manual? And put a note
in src/README.txt for the luser/installer/non-developer?
The homepage looks nice.
How do I get notified of new releases? I TRY to keep up, but it is
almost 2 weeks on! I am subscribed, NOW, to some new-fangled "RSS
feed" via a "Live Bookmark", but that looks like the only "push"
channel. Did I miss an email to the mit-scheme-announce list?
