The documentation is in a separate subdirectory from src/, so it's built differently:

cd doc/

autoconf

./configure

make

I'm embarrassed to say that I can't figure out how to build
the documentation.  I've been following these steps to build
and install the system:

  make maintainer-clean
  ./Setup.sh
  ./configure
  make
  sudo make install

But the documentation is never built.

What step am I missing?
