Stop mldonkey, and edit the downloads.ini file, there is a set of
options for that:

(* Your login when using a WEB browser *)
 http_login = ""
(* Your password when using a WEB browser *)
 http_password = ""
...

(* The password to access your client from the GUI or telnet client *)
 password = ""
...

(* list of IP address allowed to control the client via telnet/GUI/WEB
*)
 allowed_ips = ["127.0.0.1"; "192.255.255.255"]

The last option allows all IPs in 192.*.*.* to access your client for
control.
