Follow-up Comment #4, patch #8363 (project octave):

We're using South for automation in ALTER TABLE and such things but South is
also conflicting with the currently installed apps in the list. So we should
probably manage things properly here to make the bundle upload/ process time
less. Hence the website can be more efficient.
