Follow-up Comment #1, patch #8872 (project octave):
If you can implement the one-input-arg option and document it (texinfo header)
that would be great, but not quite obligatory.
The issue with undocumented Matlab is that TMW can change it any moment and
Octave would have to follow. But maybe that isn't such a big deal in this
case. There's lots of undocumented-Matlab-behavior implemented in core Octave
anyway (and some devs do feel a little itchy about that).
As to isosurface: indeed, "verbose" seems to do nothing. Can you file a bug
report about that, after comparing with Matlab (with the same data set) to
verify that Octave behaves differently?
Other than that, following the first example in "help isosurface" just works
fine here.
