[Prime-dev] Project moved

Hi guys,

I have set up another project site at sourceforge.net. I was not happy with
the lack of response for help with PRiMe, so hopefully setting up camp at
the largest open source project site will help.

Jeff, I am leaving Bangladesh on Thursday, due to a family illness. I won't
be doing much with PRiMe over the next little while.
