[PATCH v8 3/5] apic, i386/tcg: add x2apic transitions

From: Bui Quang Minh
Subject: [PATCH v8 3/5] apic, i386/tcg: add x2apic transitions
Date: Tue, 26 Sep 2023 23:06:35 +0700

This commit adds support for x2APIC transitions when writing to
MSR_IA32_APICBASE register and finally adds CPUID_EXT_X2APIC to
TCG_EXT_FEATURES.
