    - add_refer: only incr_count() if key is in self.__cache and if we're not 
    restoring the image.

    - delete_items: call item.clean_up() before we delete the item.

 * src/lib/ItemView.py:
    - Remove item_source box. Moved it in html view instead.

 * src/lib/MainloopManager.py:
    - use enumerate in call_pending()

 * src/lib/SummaryItem.py:
    - remove self.title_converted cruft

 * src/lib/SummaryParser.py:
    - removed print statements

 * src/lib/subscribe.py:
    - show window before start searching
