Hi Jeff,

RMS actually asked me like yesterday if we could test the Taler WebEx
with Firefox and/or GNU IceCat and what the Firefox release schedule
looks like. My interpretation was that we'll need FF 49 for a production
GNU Taler deployment, but it's good to know that FF 48 might do.

With regards to Tor taking until 2017, GNU IceCat is even further
behind, the're on like FF 38 ESR, so that's likely to take even longer.
Regardless, 2017 is not that bad, as we still have quite a bit of work
to do to get the extension, auditor and merchants really
production-ready -- and the bank integration legally and technically
working. So for me this doesn't look like it'll be "the" roadblock.


Nevertheless, doing the survey obviously is a great suggestion.
