[Taler] How to stand up the web demo

Hello,

I would like to stand up a copy of the web demo (currently located at https://demo.taler.net/index.html) in order to test that my proposed patches to the web-common repository fix a reported issue with how GNU LibreJS is currently blocking some scripts on that demo.

I am unable to find any documentation on how to do set up an instance of this demo however. Are there any docs to this effect, and if so, where might I find them.
