[Taler] GNU Taler at AB2019, Ordu, Turkey

Hello,

I'm Özcan Oğuz from Istanbul, Turkey; this can be my welcome message to
list :)

There is a congress/conference called Akademik Bilişim (Academic IT) in
Turkey which organized on different cities in Anatolia, on every
February. This year it will be on Ordu, Turkey (a small city located in
Black Sea region of Turkey, near Trabzon). AB is one of the biggest
events related with free/libre software in Turkey. The conference takes
8 days, first 4 days there will be courses about free software topics
such as GNU/Linux, Python, Ruby, network and system administration and
so on. Next 3 days, there will be conferences and seminars. The last day
is reserved for local tours.

On the second day of conferences (Feb 14) there will be a session about
GNU Taler and GNU MediaGoblin which will be presented by me. The session
is generally about decentralization and specifically emphasizes on
MediaGoblin and Taler. All sessions will be in Turkish.

With this conference, according to my research, Taler will be spoken for
the first time in Turkey and Turkish.
