[Taler] Android Nightly Builds and wallet 0.8.2

Hi all,

in case you have an Android phone, there's nightly builds of all GNU Taler 
apps available here:

 https://docs.taler.net/taler-developer-manual.html#android-app-nightly-builds

Just now, we published a nightly version of the upcoming 0.8.2 release of the 
wallet. It would be great, if some of you could give this a test run as this 
includes new wallet-core bindings which may have new bugs.
