[Taler] exchange submodule contrib/gana

I recently did a "git pull" in the exchange repo, followed by
./bootstrap, expecting that contrib/gana would be updated as
well.  (This is for ‘TALER_DBEVENT_EXCHANGE_KYC_COMPLETED’, a
new entry.)

However, that was not the case.  I see, instead:

 $ cd contrib/gana
 $ git status
 HEAD detached at 478c0bd
 nothing to commit, working tree clean

I figure there must be some misconfiguration on my part.  What
am i missing?
