IIUC, the "[/instance/$INSTANCE]" is optional (indicated by the
square brackets) in:

 https://git.taler.net/docs.git/tree/core/api-merchant.rst#n1621

So a "plain" ":http:post:/private/orders" SHOULD be okay right?
This leads me to believe it is a problem w/ specifying the
optionality of the /instance/$INSTANCE part to Sphinx.  Hmmm.
What am i missing?
