A-ha.  Now that you mention it, I saw that message too (with 0.41).
It seems benign since I've not noticed any data loss or funny behavior
(aside from the messagebox itself).  I don't see it when Traverso
first starts, but it'll show up randomly after maybe about a minute.
It only happens after I save a project and then relaunch.

I used the official Qt 4.3.0 release and manually applied the scrollbar patch.

Sure thing.  Are the plugins going to distributed like the linux ones
where users are expected to place the contents of a bundled folder
into ~/.lv2/ ?  That should be easy enough.

I'll try to wrap these up by tonight (along with some screenshots).
