Hmm, not so pessimistic JC! :D

You're correct that the current git version should focus on finishing the new 
feature set.
OTOH, like you said, the 'first time user' experience should be improved 
compared to stable T.

Adding a couple of widgets in a toolbox isn't rocket science and doesn't take 
that much time to implement.
The nice thing of such widgets is that I can add e.g. a 'close' button to them 
to close a 'child view', just one of those tiny things that makes life so much 
better with little effort :)

In a way, all the stuff I'm working on now is related to the 'routing and 
'qwerty navigation' although it might not seem like it is.

The 'child view' stuff isn't rocket science either, but it does have to be 
implemented carefully.
Just as a measure of 'work' spend on it: It's 100% existing functionality, 
just added a few bits of code and re-arranged a bit of code (OK, a bit more) 
to mark those 'child views' as 'child' of the parent Sheet.

It'll release when it's ready, but I promise I won't add new unrelated 
features to git :)
