[Traverso-devel] [Bug] Edge moving with snapping moves track

Again me...

Moving the edge of a track can result in the track being slightly
moved if snapping is enabled.

While moving the edge of a track with snapping enabled, passing over
the snappoint defined by the edge of another track results in a slight
movement of the track. This does not happend with the workcursor as a
snappoint. I didn't check this with other possible snappoints. And i
didn't check it 'audibly', but you can see the track moving slightly,
could  perhaps only be a bug in redrawing but i don't think so.
