[Wb-discuss] Problem when building C source file

I encounter following error when Im building in a linux system

"
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/xinzhang/wb/c'
gcc -I../../scm -c db.c
db.c:19:17: error: scm.h: No such file or directory
"
I don't know how to generate that scm.h file
and the build for c library is always fail
