Okay. Sounds good. 

On the matter of skills: I had some thoughts about the entertain skill.
It's rather technical, but I'd like to mention it anyway.

The skill is meant to raise a bit of money in pubs and the like, if I
understood correctly. That could be implemented the following way:
there are six different entertaining activities: singing, dancing and
telling stories would require no special equipment. Playing the flute,
harp or juggling would require a musical instrument/set of balls.

Further, each NPC would have attributes that determine how much (s)he
likes the different forms of entertainment. When the player performs
something, we can easily iterate over all NPC's, look who is in the same
location and finally calculate the money they are willing to give from
their personal preferences and the player's skill.

That's not hard to implement, but should turn out pretty realistic.
