[Adonthell-general] Character Age

One thing I noticed while readig the descriptions of the 8 characters Adonthell 
uses is their age. All these characters are rather young, actually none of them 
is really grown up or very old. Since Adonthell should appeal to players of all 
ages I would suggest, that we also incude some older characters (maybe we can 
chance the background of some existing characters to make them older).
