Hello Stefan!

This might indicate that you have not (correctly) installed the
neccessary data package:
http://freesoftware.fsf.org/download/adonthell/wastesedge-0.3.1.tar.gz

It's not available as RPM, but installation is straightforward. Extract,
'configure', 'make' and, as root, 'make install'.
