[Adonthell-general] French translator! :P

Hi guys,

Just to say that a friend of Joel is going to make a French translation
of Waste's Edge. This will not be his first translation work as he has
translated many SNES roms to French already. As he can manage his
translations himself via CVS, I've added him to our Savannah group.
