It looks like I was too quick :)

In fact, I received the notification email saying that wastesedge was
pushed to testing this afternoon (time in Paris), however it looks like
it was not yet uploaded to every mirror.

I just tryed to install it, it doesn't come yet. So the announce is
still valid, but it might take one day before it lands in every mirror.
