[Adonthell-general] Compiling, make clean and CTRL+C

Hi all,
 Kai, just pulled the new one in and now CTRL+C works properly. In
fact liked the new music and maybe you added some more graphics as
well, did you ? For e.g. I was able to go up the stairs and in the
balcony .

In any case pleased to see some progress on the game.

One question though. In compiling we have the following steps :-

 ./autogen.sh
 mkdir ../adonthell-build && cd ../adonthell-build
 ../adonthell/configure --prefix=/usr/local
 make
 sudo make install

Now shouldn't there be a make clean as well. From what little I know
of compiling 'make clean' is good . Any old stuff/cruft which might be
there gets cleaned out.

Looking forwards for the next pull.
