[Aspell-user] Create Repl Error

I'm quite new to Aspell and I'm trying to run command to create a replacement list:

>>Aspell --lang=en create repl r1.txt

and I got error : This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way..!!

I checked all the documentation and couldn't find the problem

any help !!! :(
