[Aspell-user] some words not recognised in custom dictionary

We have created a custom dictionary of around ten words, but four of
them are still considered incorrectly spelt.

I would expect piping the dump of a word list into aspell list to return
nothing, but it returns this:

address@hidden:/usr/lib/aspell# aspell dump master digitalbrain | aspell list 
--extra-dicts=digitalbrain
Adaptamation
Adaptamations
Digitalbrain
Digitalbrain's
address@hidden:/usr/lib/aspell#

Can anyone shed any light on why this is not working?
