configure is up-to-date, some more details.
I actually need to have install-sh in . and ./buildtools
It doesnt find "missing" if its in the ./buildtools dir either, but doesnt
fail if it cant find it, the other 3 files i have in there are compile,
depcomp and mkinstalldirs.
