Concerning the 2nd remark:

Concerning the 1st remark:
Tried it again in BE 3.1.42 with the same data and actions mentioned below
and there are less additional markers I cannot identify, but it is not working
yet.
I attach a screenshot be_merge2.jpg of the outcome.

Is the file attached? I uploaded it, it has 112KB (limit is 512Kb) and
Savannah tells me, that the file is not uploaded?
If not, I send it by seperate mail
