I cannot remember the exact page where that bug was seen. But since it now is building on all the architectures, and the ones that it does not yet build on are probably coming soon, then there's no problem, and all's fine. Thanks for getting to the root of the matter. In that case I don't mind what you put for the relationship it has with BibleTime, since all's fine.
So we can keep track of this: I just found a way to get a quick overview of build status for a the current version of bibledit in Debian on all the architectures that Debian tries to automatically build it for:
http://buildd.debian.org/bibleditwhich currently shows that bibledit 3.7-1 has built fine on everything it has been attempted on, except for mips which has a Gnome issue (not bibledit's fault). I expect the same will happen on mipsel when it is tried on that architecture. This table also shows that the amd64 build has already been sent to the Debian mirrors. The others (except mips) should follow fairly quickly.
If you want to compare this current info with builds of earlier bibledit packages in Debian, see
http://buildd.debian.org/build.cgi?pkg=bibledit for a rather longer table :) Jonathan
