Hi, All.
Here is Mongolian language locale. (see attachment) We have
translated GUI of Gnome-2.2 to mongolian 100%. But we have too
many locale problems. So I have generated and tested it (mn_MN) myself.
(Occured problems)
--At the start of Gnome-2.2 with mongolia--
There is below some errors in the session.errors file. The most of
errors were "not supported by C library" or "Locale not understood
by C library, internationalization will not work".
(gnome-accessibility-keyboard-properties:19846): Gtk-WARNING **:
Localenot supported by C library. Using the fallback 'C' locale.
(gnome-mouse-properties:19916): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not
supported by
C library. Using the fallback 'C' locale.
(cddb-slave2-properties:20291): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not
supported by
C library. Using the fallback 'C' locale.
info: 0
... etc.
Then I have tried to compile my locale as root. but occurs
following error.
linux:~ # localedef -i mn_MN -f UTF-8 mn_MN.UTF-8
cannot open locale definition file `mn_MN': No such file or
directory> linux:~ #
And there isn't mn directory /usr/share/locale.
I couldn't find localedata for Mongolian in glibc-2.3.1. And there
is no (mn_MN) mongolian entry
in /usr/X11R6/lib/locale/*.dir files. To who should I send this
locale.
-- end of problem description--
Thanks,
