indeed, the IceCat free add-on list policy was not (and I hope will be) just to
check if the addon has a free software license...

... accepting the addon only if it do not work as SaaS and either do not
has issues respect to user's privacy.


(and, in my opinion, SaaS/privacy issues are really a lot worse than license
issues)
