[bug-mailutils] translated mail status in frm

Hi people!

While looking at a Debian bug, I noticed frm accepts only translated
mail status in the command line.

I think this is not a too standard behaviour, as the invoking of frm
changes radically if you use ca_ES or en_GB.

I think they should be hardcoded and untranslatable. What do others
think?
