I think this could be much simpler:

(d-AddLowestUpMinor3)
(d-Copy)
(d-MoveToStaffUp)
(d-Paste)
(d-StagedDelete)
(d-MoveToStaffDown)


I created this sequence by setting Record in the Scheme window and
then carrying out each command (either using a keyboard shortcut or
a menu item) it then recorded the sequence of commands. Important to
turn off Record before doing anything else!
