yes but I'm lazy :) and apt-get takes care of that stuff for me so
nicely.
I am just worried when I compile stuff that I cannot easily remove it
and also that it is now an unknown package as far as my package
manager is concerned, so it might cause problems down the road.
At least, this has been my experience with compiled software in the
past, emms however might be no problem at all.
