[Fhsst-authors] New website

Hi everyone

The draft of the new website is available at:

Please take a look and send _constructive_ comments to the list so we 
don't double up. I will collate any
comments and send them on to Andy.

To get things started I have a comment:

I think we could have another box in the column on the left with links 
to the pdf files
of the books - so you people don't have to dig around to find them and 
any potential authors/sponsors see
them straight away. I think the amount of effort we've put in is really 
starting to show if you look at the books.
