[Fhsst-authors] Voting

Hi everyone

There is a move afoot to make votes only count on WikiBooks if you have 
an edit
history. This wasn't in the rules originally but it makes sense. I'll 
point out that
many people worked on FHSST outside of WikiBooks but the easiest thing to
do for everyone who voted to edit something on the site (while logged in!).

So everyone who voted look around a bit and find a mistake or two and 
fix them. Trust
me there is plenty to do for most (99%) of the science books!
