There is no technical limitation on the file types. We of course
recommend that you send files that use open standards, instead of
proprietory formats that require specific software to access them.

Hmm? If you're talking about writing a Note on your webtop, then you
can just use HTML tags for your formatting purposes. Also in Knowledge
Building notes you can use (some) HTML markup.
