Sorry for the delay with replying. I've been rather busy (as are the
rest of the FluidSynth developers). Your document looks really nice and
in depth. It would be good to have it linked on the FluidSynth website.
I'll try and get to this sometime soon. Is it OK to link to those links
you provided? Keep up the good work :)
