This is all quite impressive! I did not know about altlinux and that it
wanted such a good gnustep support.
Please check that you are using the latest versions: I see that for some
apps, you are not using GAP's adopted version, but the last release of
the old maintainer. Many packages are sort of orphaned and adopted
either in GAP or in GNA's gnustep-nonfsf project.
E.g. GAP released Cynthiune 1.0.0, try it.
I hope you do know that you are releasing snapshots or even unreleased
applications (e.g. Vespucci + SWK) which actually do not work or may not
work in the given snapshot... if they are unreleased they are to be
considered unstable. I hope the user will be able to choose between
stable and unstable stuff!
If you have any troubles, bugs, packaging issues with Applications,
please report them. Perhaps they are issues shared by Sebastian in his
OpenBSD packaging effort and instead of having local patches they might
be pulled up.
