This would be a great start. I would like you people to organize key
signing party at the end of the day. I would love to see you people's
mails signed by your respective keys. Also upload your keys on to MIT
key ring. 

I have another suggestion, I want you people to come up with a mission
to make a free software alternative for any one of the critical windows
based software for which no alternative on Linux has been made till now.
Pick a good one and start capturing the functionality of the software
and try to implement the same on your project.
