got it working without frames!!  My pop up menus that were statationary at the 
top of the page had an option for floating....it now moves down the
page as you scroll.  I found out how on their forum:

I added a cascading popup menu and this is their main site:

You can see a sample on most of my pages.  Javascript must be enabled on my 
server and I was told some IE Blocking software also blocks popup menus.
In Firefox 2.0.0.4 Linux it works fine.  Here's my gnump3d server:
