[Groff] github archives

There is an archive at github.com with most classical roff papers
in clean .pdf.gz format.  It contains the papers recited in troff.org
and has some rare ideal documentation.  The archive is available at:

$ git clone https://github.com/RUNOFF/classical_roff_papers.git


The archive with RUNOFF documentation and files written in
RUNOFF is available at:

$ git clone https://github.com/RUNOFF/RUNOFF.git
