[Help-smalltalk] VisualGST

Hi,

Some news of VisualGST, I've added a new pane for searching
implementors/senders
(no more new window): http://imagik.fr/view-rl/285953

The shortcut is ctrl+m, ctrl+n and I'll add a short for ctl+shift+m/n
for opening a new send/implementer
window. This is not perfect, I still need to refactor it a bit and
checks possible bugs with the focus.
I've fixed others DNU bugs.
