blpar and brpar

I feel rather suspicious about blpar and brpar breaking, since they are
just the components supplied in the Adobe Symbol font stacked on top of
each other:

        def blpar { @OneRow {parenlefttp ^/ parenleftex / parenleftbt } }

I wonder whether the PostScript interpreter was at fault; I know that
GhostScript doesn't always get small spaces right.

Still I take the point that a scaled lpar or rpar might look better
in any case.  I'll keep the mail and (unless I find some problem with
the proposal) make the change if or when I make a new release.
