phantom font references

This is the major problem I know about in Version 2.05. Because
of the change to allow encoding vectors I was obliged to mention
every font declared by a fontdef in the PostScript output; anyway
I clean forgot that this would be a problem.

The immediate workaround is to comment out the fontdefs of the
fonts that don't exist at your site. That is, put a # at the
beginning of every line in file $(LIBDIR)/font/ft that declares
a font that you don't have.

Since this problem arose I've given some thought to it, and I
know how I can fix it properly (i.e. so that the only fonts
mentioned in the PostScript output are fonts which are actually
used). But this fix won't appear soon, so I strongly recommend
you change ft for the time being.

Jeff Kingston.
