On the subject of formatting computer programs, is there any way to just
incorporate the output of say, a2ps or enscript into a lout document?  In
general, how could you put some externally generated (multi-page)
PostScript into a lout doc while maintaining page nos.?  It doesn't seem
like just making a @Graphic would be good enough.
