To start with, could you please avoid sending HTML emails.

I think there is no such Lout example. But if you read through the
user's guide, you should find what you are looking for. In particular, you
should look at section 3.2, page 77, called "Technical Reports", where
everything that you need (Sections, columns, etc.) is explained in details.
