Yes "..." does seemingly work, but I didn't know it's the real thing
(since in LaTeX you have to use a variant of \dots). I'm not familiar
enough with Lout yet and failed to notice that it is actually defined
as something else.

The suggestion to edit the .LCM file entry worked perfectly!
